The Customer Service Representative operates a car wash facility by providing exceptional customer service, safe loading of customer vehicles into the wash bay, ability to upsell washes and continuous sales of wash memberships, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment for all. We sell car wash services and provide unlimited car wash memberships. We are looking for hard-working people who value safety, have a positive work attitude, goal-oriented, and enjoy working as a team.

Commissions are available with membership sales, with no cap on commissions.

Essential Functions

• Provides top-quality customer service at all times and to every customer.
• Secures all funds in a safe or register. Makes timely drops and maintains cash drawer at or below
• the maximum level, according to Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Performs daily car wash cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards.
• Take reasonable precautions and measures to protect company assets.
• Preserves the safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location.
• They must conduct themselves at all times according to the site code of conduct.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
