Position Description:

Looking for an outgoing, punctual, energetic and highly organized individual to receive and prepare food and beverage orders from members and guests. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Operate Point of Sale system, complete monetary and Member Charge transactions, and maintain accurate billing and charges. Maintain cleanliness of Café & Snack Shack areas. Position does require the candidate to be 21+ and have an Alcohol Awareness card.

Job Functions

• Greet and take food and beverage orders from members & guests.
• Must be a self starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established menus, service standards and guidelines.
• Operate POS system, complete credit card transactions, and maintain an accountability at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of Café & Snack Shack areas including light cleaning, equipment cleaning and practicing safe and sanitary procedures.
• Operate all necessary kitchen equipment.
• Stock/Replenish all inventories on a daily/weekly basis.
• Light bartending skills to craft themed cocktails and basic 2-3 step drinks with appropriate garnish

Position Requirements:

Job Specifications

• Prior food handling experience preferred.
• Light bartending skills preferred, but not required
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. (TAM, Food Handlers Card)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
