Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the food industry and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and plating.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other staff members.
- Maintain a high level of food safety and follow all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Assist with banquets and special events as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including equipment and storage areas.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping.
- Perform other duties as required.

Skills:

- Experience in the food service industry, including fine dining and restaurant settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Experience with bartending and serving beverages is a plus.
- Experience with dietary aides and accommodating special dietary requests is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles, including in the kitchen, dining area, and banquet hall.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and banquet hall.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
