Job Purpose
Serving as a member of the team in the Center for Student Involvement (CSI), this position stewards the finances for the many areas within the Center including the Gonzaga Student Body Association, the 140+ student clubs and organizations, SpikeNites, Kennel Club, Student Media (including the newspaper, yearbook and journals), and the internal budgets of the Center. This position manages the departmental budget, assists department managers and student treasurers with tracking their budgets, making purchases and advising on budgeting best practices. This position prepares and reports on financial statements as needed to support the department’s financial operations.
Through this work, the CSI Business Manager works with the team to support the creation of a vibrant campus community committed to involvement, belonging, and co-curricular learning. The business manager will contribute to ensuring that CSI programs adopt an inclusive approach to best serve an increasingly diverse generation of Gonzaga students.
The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $54,000 to $57,763 annually.
