Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring efficient office processes, and providing support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Duties

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Maintain the general ledger accounting system, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Conduct account analysis and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions, including tax preparation and compliance.
  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and corporate accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for report writing and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
