Billing Specialist - Reston, VA
Immediate need for Billing Analyst for a multibillion-dollar global leader in the heart of Reston Town Center. Billing Analyst is responsible for performing billing and reconciliation functional work. This position creates and maintains customer schedules/invoices, submits final invoices for payment, and monitors the customer aging for unpaid balances. This is a 5-month (10/21/24 – 03/21/25) contract paying $20-23/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains customers schedules. Billing, and invoicing setup w/in ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve invoice related issues.
• Participate in month end close.
• Resolves reconciliation gaps for any open periods as it relates to unpaid invoices.
• Participate in audits
• Supports the cash application processes and monitor customer payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant billing experience.
• Proven experience in ERP environment.
• Work experience in operations, manufacturing or food production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
