**ABA Behavior Technician**

Position Overview:
As Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with clients in their homes to teach essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients based on established treatment goals.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while working with clients and their families.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (preferred but not required upon hire; we provide training, and certification must be obtained within 30 days of onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Ability to pass a background check.
