Whether you're new to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or looking to advance your ABA knowledge- you're in the right place! This position is a great fit for candidates who have experience working with children, completed related coursework (psychology, education, nursing etc.), or previously worked in Applied Behavior Analysis. Behavior technicians will teach client's new skills (communication, daily living, social skills etc.) while targeting behavioral excesses that inhibit independence. We offer initial and ongoing training to support you, our clients, and your professional growth.
This includes the RBT Certification Program, leading to registration as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). For those already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician, we provide RBT supervision with our experienced BCBAs.
Currently, we are in the process of completing interviews for Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule, offering flexibility between 3 PM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from 22-26$ per hour, and we provide additional benefits, including compensation for same-day client cancellations, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
