Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area and providing excellent service to our patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively upsell products.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
• Cash handling experience is essential; familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, brewing techniques, and food service practices is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid food handling certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
