What we are looking for:

A confident, dynamic, seasoned, and well-rounded Service Advisor, preferably with independent shop experience but is not required for an excellent candidate.

Our Service Advisor role is the foundation to the success of our business.

Job Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Workflow Management
• Sales and Profitability
• Parts ordering, receiving, dispatching and workflow

Minimum Qualifications:

● MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years’ experience as an Automotive Service advisor. Preferably in an Independent Shop setting but is not required.

● Experience with TekMetric and multiple software integrations is REQUIRED.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal.

● Valid Driver's License, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BACKGROUND
