Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of various vehicle models, and assist them in selecting the right options for their needs and budget
  • Conduct test drives with potential customers and provide thorough product demonstrations
  • Utilize various sales techniques including follow-up calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and close sales
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming vehicle models, features, and accessories
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and professional showroom and work area

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and a passion for cars
  • Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
