Summary:
Provides project coordination support to Project Staff, and Accounting. Responsibilities include organizing, coordinating, and researching information, code analysis, and troubleshooting in regard to given project assignments by Project Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up projects and creates folders for each project.
- Collect all Unconditional Lien releases at payment time.
- Manages all check disbursements to Material supplies, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Tracks all W-9 and insurance requirements.
- Sends out Project Meeting invitations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with Procore or similar software, preferred not required
- Experience in the construction field, preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Certificates, Licenses, and Work Requirements:
- Proof of authorization to work in the U.S
- Drug test
