Celadon Recovery is a dual-diagnosis residential treatment facility for Substance Use and Mental Heath Disorders. Our facility is located on a beautiful, serene campus in Southwest Florida. Celadon’s therapeutic environment offers clients an amazing backdrop for rest, relaxation, and recovery.

At Celadon, our residents are able to address mental health disorders including PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia and substance use while using individual, group, physical, and alternative therapies for a cumulative mental health and wellness experience.

Admissions Coordinator Job:

The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the admission of clients to the program. The Admission Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming calls for admission, completing intake forms, and collecting insurance information, sending information to insurance company for verification of benefits, and coordinating transportation for the client. The Admission Coordinator will work with marketing, medical and clinical teams to ensure all admissions meet the programs requirements and will communicate regularly with referral sources as requested.

Admissions Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls generated by internet, business development and marketing department.
  • Follow admission guidelines as outlined per policies and procedures
  • Complete a pre-screen and obtain necessary client information
  • Properly explain the program services and admissions procedures
  • Manage the onboarding of clients
  • Refer clients to other programs or organizations if they do not meet the programs admission requirements
  • Prepare admissions reports as needed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Organize patient records and documentation, and enter into CMR

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective presentation of program details and philosophy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other specific business and Program/Office related software
  • Experience with mental health and substance use disorders

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • HS diploma or higher

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in electric record management systems
  • Efficient typing and data capturing skills
  • Advance communication and customer relation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Completion and compliance with all requirements of onboarding process as outlined including but not limited to Clearinghouse Level II background check, TB screen, reference checks, trainings, and all application processes
  • CPR/First Aid current certification; all onboarding trainings as outlined

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
