Required Education & Experience:

  • Maintains valid Driver’s License
  • Maintains clean Criminal Record
  • Property and Casualty license (Must be able to obtain before start date. We provide study materials & pay for testing!)

Primary Job Functions:

Your primary role will be helping clients with their insurance needs which includes:

  • Ensure you maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to positively represent our business.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Helping current clients with billing questions & taking payments.
  • Assisting clients with claims & reaching out to adjusters for claim follow up.
  • Discussing insurance policies with clients & helping them make informed changes on their policies.
  • Contacting clients & uploading required policy documentation when required.
  • Oversee and implement policy changes assigned by the Sales Team & Agent.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to current clients, enhancing their coverage and meeting their evolving needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
