Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform work order entry and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office tasks such as answering the phone, filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Provide support to the Office Manager & Public Works staff as needed

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures
